🔄 Roundabout Driving - The Right Way Around

Roundabouts are designed to make traffic safer and smoother. The right technique makes a difference.

Basic rules for roundabouts:

• Always drive clockwise (counter-clockwise is prohibited)
• Vehicles in the roundabout always have priority
• Indicator when exiting - NOT when entering
• Adjust speed before the roundabout

Entering a roundabout:

1. Reduce speed early
2. Look to the LEFT (where traffic comes from)
3. Give priority to vehicles already in the roundabout
4. Enter when clear

Lane selection:

• Right lane: If taking first or second exit
• Left lane: If taking third exit or further, or turning left

Exiting from roundabout:

• Move to right lane before exit
• Turn ON right indicator when passing exit BEFORE yours
• Check blind spot
• Exit smoothly

Common mistakes:

• Forgetting to indicate when exiting
