🚑 First Aid at Traffic Accidents

As a driver, you are obligated to stop and help at traffic accidents. Here's what you need to know:
L-ABC rule (Life-threatening situation):
- L - Life danger: Secure the scene, warn other traffic
- A - Airway: Check that the injured person is breathing
- B - Bleeding: Stop severe bleeding
- C - Circulation/Shock: Keep the injured warm and calm
At the accident scene:
- Park safely and turn on hazard lights
- Set up warning triangle (150-300m before on highway)
- Call 112 and describe: WHERE, WHAT, HOW MANY injured
- Provide first aid according to your ability
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation):
- Check consciousness - call out and shake gently
- Call 112
- 30 chest compressions + 2 rescue breaths
- Continue until ambulance arrives
Recovery position:
- Used for unconscious person who is breathing
- Bend one knee, place arm under head
- Roll person toward you and stabilize
Remember:
- Don't move neck-injured persons unnecessarily
- Only move if there's life danger (fire, traffic)
- Stay until emergency services arrive
